The easiest way to do this is to choose one point from image A. (I am going to choose (-5, -2).  Now, where did that point move to in image A'? (1, 7)

How did the coordinates change?

The x-coordinator changed from -5 to 1 so it moved 6 units to the right.

The y-coordinates changed from -2 to 7 so it moved 9 units up.

When doing this with a graph, you can just count the units.  I only provided the coordinates to help you follow my explanation.
