Hey!

---------------------------------------------------

Point Slope Form: y - y1 = m(x - x1)

---------------------------------------------------

Answer: y + 8 = -4(x - 2)

The reason why I put y + 8 is because when you subtract a negative number it changes to adding a positive number. (- -8 ---> + 8)

---------------------------------------------------

Hope This Helped! Good Luck!
