I don't know the data, but I'LL TELL YOU THIS.

You can use data in many ways- graphs, bars, etc.  You can even right down the "data" on a piece of paper and sort it out in different categories!  Sample data, such as what you put on Excel, in columns, can help you. Population data, like graphs and sorted out categories, can help you too...
