Answer: equation of the plane is 5x - y - z - 7 = 0  

same as ( 5x - y - z = 7 )

Given data;

5x - y - z = 6

therefore vector of plane is n° = ( 5, -1, -1)

so equation will be

n°(x-x₀, y-y₀, z-z₀) = 0

( 5, -1, -1) (x-x₀, y-y₀, z-z₀) = 0

5(x- (1)) -1(y - (-1)) -1(z - (-1)) = 0

5x - 5 - y - 1 - z - 1 = 0

5x - y - z - 7 = 0

Therefore equation of the plane is 5x - y - z - 7 = 0  

same as ( 5x - y - z = 7 )
