Hi there! :)

First, let's find the slope using this formula:

m=[tex]\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}[/tex]

m=[tex]\frac{-7-(-10)}{-4-1} \\\frac{-7+10}{-5} \frac{3}{-5} =-\frac{3}{5}[/tex]

Now, use the Point-Slope formula:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-10)=-3/5(x-1)

y+10=-3/5x+3/5

y=-3/5x+3/5-10

y=-3/5x-9.4

Hope this helps..
