in our case that means

width = 1.3 / 5 = 0.26 ft

so, this is just a very narrow strip of 0.26ft × 5 ft.

I would not call that a patio ...

or was it a typo, and the area is actually 30 ft² ?

then we would have

30 = 5 × width

width = 30 / 5 = 6 ft
