In the screenshot provided, the first graph has a positive slope, but in the second graph, the slope is negative.
Here's why:
When trying to find out if the slope is positive or negative, you look to see which direction the line in pointing.
In this case, in graph one, the line is going up so this means that the slope is positive. In graph two, the line is going down, so this means that the slope is negative.
