Assuming the quarter circle has the same diameter as the semi-circles, we have

 

pi[10ft] +[ pi/4][10ft]  =  [5/4]pi(10 ft]   =  [50/4]pi ft   = [25/2]pi ft =  12.5 pi ft =  about 39.27 ft
